Skilled in multi-tool integration across ITSM, identity, and endpoint management platforms such as ServiceNow, Nexthink, Okta, and IAM tools.
Technically adept in prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, event-driven architectures, and knowledgeable about governance, auditability, and compliance in AI-initiated operations.
