Build and maintain relationships with managers, trainers, and colleagues to address learning and development needs across the resort.
Represent the L&D team in internal meetings (H&S, HACCP, Green Globe, Talent Management) and external regional L&D meetings; contribute to regional L&D projects.
Oversee and ensure consistency in training processes, conduct departmental training reviews, manage performance review tracking, and handle Business Excellence requirements of the resort.
Minimum 2 years experience in a Learning & Development Manager role or similar.

Proven ability to handle Business Excellence criteria and performance review processes effectively.
