Own tracking and ensure on-time delivery commitments from suppliers and sub-tier suppliers for NPI materials.
Coordinate material transfers and execute delivery schedule improvements to meet customer need-by dates and internal build schedules.
Provide material status updates, risk assessments, and recovery plans to cross functional teams and manage stakeholder communication to minimize escalations.
Minimum 3 years experience in material delivery management in a high complexity, low volume environment.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, or related field.
Experience with SAP or other data systems for material tracking is a plus.
Travel requirement: up to 10%.
Experienced in procurement, expediting, materials coordination, and multi-tier supply chain delivery management in manufacturing or new product introduction contexts.
Able to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate material risks and status clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Familiar with project management fundamentals, risk/recovery planning, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments with supply constraints.
