Own the end-to-end proposal process from RFQ receipt to quotation submission, ensuring error-free, accurate, and timely proposals for standard spare parts.
Manage order execution including booking sales orders, submitting order acknowledgements, tracking status, and being accountable for revenue and Delivery In Full On Time (DIFOT).
Coordinate across customers, sales, procurement, logistics, CRM, and internal teams to ensure alignment, customer satisfaction, and efficient order fulfillment.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in proposal specialist, buyer, order execution specialist, or procurement specialist roles within mining or heavy industry projects.
Proficiency in MS Project is mandatory; experience with EPICOR/Oracle and Power BI dashboard creation is advantageous.
Fluency in English required; multilingual skills are a plus.
Experienced in managing high-volume proposals and order execution in a global, fast-paced supply chain or project environment in mining or heavy industry sectors.
Strong cross-functional collaborator able to coordinate among sales, engineering, procurement, and logistics teams with customer focus and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, able to handle deadlines under pressure, with a continuous-improvement mindset to enhance proposal turnaround and order processing efficiency.
