Full ownership of ServiceNow technical architecture and solution design across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
Lead pre-sales activities including solution crafting, effort estimation, proposal development, and driving stakeholder confidence with consultative selling.
Design and implement scalable, secure, AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions involving platform configuration, integrations, reporting, data migration, and upgrade strategy.
10+ years overall IT experience with significant ServiceNow architecture experience.
Hands-on or architectural experience with ServiceNow AI / Now Assist and AI-enabled workflows.
Advanced JavaScript skills, plus knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, App Engine, and experience with Service Portal and UI Builder.
Work Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, or Chennai. Certifications (CSA, CAD, Implementation Specialist) preferred but not mandatory.
Proven track record in pre-sales support and value articulation for ServiceNow deals, including RFP/RFI management.
Strong architectural mindset with hands-on depth and ability to scale across multiple ServiceNow modules and large environments.
Experienced in designing AI-driven automation within enterprise platforms with knowledge of AI governance and limitations.
