Manage day-to-day payroll processing for US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil using ADP GlobalView, Workday, and ADP Workforce Now.
Perform payroll reconciliations, audits, stock transaction processing (RSU, ESPP), tax filings, and year-end activities.
Collaborate with internal/external partners, maintain payroll journal entries, handle inquiries, and assist with payroll projects and process improvements.
6+ years of experience in AMER payroll operations including Canada, Mexico, and Brazil payroll (Canada, Mexico, Brazil preferred).
Mandatory experience with ADP GlobalView (SAP) payroll platform and integration knowledge with Workday and payroll platforms.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Shift timing: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST; Work location: Kharadi, Pune.

Proficient in payroll reconciliations, stock transaction wage reporting (RSU, ESPP), tax filings, and payroll-related GL entries.
Capable of managing multiple priorities, process improvements, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
