Lead and manage a global team responsible for end-to-end trade lifecycle delivery on the Aladdin platform, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement support, reconciliation, and corporate actions.
Serve as primary escalation point for internal/external clients and oversee daily business operations, incident management, and SLA adherence.
Drive strategic initiatives such as client onboarding, transitions, and process improvements while ensuring risk controls, regulatory compliance, and business continuity.
Experience Required: Proven leadership experience managing operations teams in asset management or related middle office financial services functions.
Degree in finance, business, technology, or equivalent industry experience.
Strong hands-on knowledge of trade lifecycle management, reconciliations, settlements, and preferred working knowledge of Aladdin platform.
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken); proficiency with MS Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experienced manager comfortable operating in fast-paced, global matrixed environments with client-facing and internal stakeholder liaison responsibilities.
Strong understanding of the asset management industry and risk/control environment, preferably within a G-SIFI firm or similar regulated entity.
Demonstrated ability to lead performance-driven teams, execute strategic initiatives, and collaborate across technology, product, and transformation teams.
