Lead design and implementation of industrial automation solutions (HMI, PLC, DCS) for life sciences bioprocess applications.
Own full automation software development lifecycle activities including design, testing, verification, and validation aligned with project requirements.
Execute and manage engineering changes (ECRs/ECOs), troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with global teams to meet project milestones and continuous improvement goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of industrial automation and control system software development experience, covering full software lifecycle.
Proficiency in HMI/SCADA and PLC programming on at least two major platforms such as Rockwell Automation, Siemens, AVEVA System Platform.
Must be available for on-site role in Bengaluru.
Experienced in regulated environments such as bioprocess, pharmaceutical, or life sciences with knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP5, GMP, or CSV practices.
Strong understanding of industrial automation architectures, communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, OPC-UA, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet), and process control concepts.
Operates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to independently troubleshoot and deliver practical solutions while collaborating internationally.
