Own test strategy, planning, and execution for application features including functional, API, and basic automation testing.
Lead defect management activities including defect investigation, severity assignment, and sign-off on fixes for production defects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve QA tooling, frameworks, and processes, and provide support and mentoring to peers and newcomers.
5–8 years of experience in QA / Automation Testing.
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC, backend testing using SQL (Oracle/MySQL), API testing with Postman or SOAP UI.
Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress; basic programming in Java/JavaScript; CI/CD exposure (Jenkins or Azure DevOps); and version control (Git).
Experienced in designing and executing test strategies and plans aligned with CI/CD and industry quality standards (e.g., ISTQB).
Skilled in both manual and automated testing with ability to evaluate and integrate emerging AI-assisted testing tools.
Capacity to work independently with moderate guidance while driving continuous improvement in quality assurance processes within Agile/SAFe environments.
