Proficiency in Excel/MIS and operational reporting; prior BGV operations experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced in fast-paced, high-volume Background Verification (BGV) operational environments with complex client-specific workflows.
Capable of strategic client management including senior-level engagement and stakeholder management to ensure service excellence.
Demonstrates leadership in team management, problem-solving with data-driven insights, and driving operational execution that aligns with business SLAs and quality goals.
