Support customer network deployments by assisting with documentation, acceptance testing, and field implementation for Packet and Optical platforms.
Conduct diagnostic information gathering and initial troubleshooting of network issues both remotely and on-site in collaboration with senior engineers and customers.
Contribute to network rollout and expansion planning and support testing and validation of network designs and performance, including applying automation concepts via scripting.
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related technical field.
2 – 4 years of relevant experience including academic projects, internships, or early-career roles in networking, telecom, or systems engineering.
Foundational knowledge of Layer 2 switching (VLANs, STP) and Layer 3 routing protocols (OSPF, IS-IS, BGP).
Introductory knowledge of Optical networking concepts (DWDM, OTN).
Early-career engineer with curiosity, motivation for learning, and interest in network technologies and automation.
Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers onsite and remotely.
Comfortable building technical knowledge through documentation review and is open to hands-on, project-based technical work.
