Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, cloud platforms (OCI, MS Azure), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and performance/scalability testing.
Proven experience leading QA initiatives in enterprise software or customer implementation projects with complex, multi-tenant cloud architectures.
Strong technical expertise in both development-side testing frameworks and operational quality governance including release readiness and risk management.
Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation Management, Order Management, or Enterprise SaaS platforms preferred to align with domain-specific quality challenges.
