Own creation and maintenance of functional specifications including Epics, Themes, and User Stories throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and QA teams to review functional requirements, ensure comprehensive test scenarios, and validate delivered software functionalities.
Perform extensive functional testing of new features, report issues, and follow up until quality standards are met, escalating blockers as necessary.
5 to 8 years experience as an Analyst in software development projects or products, with at least 1 continuous year on a single product/project.
Strong experience in developing User Stories, UI mockups, and functional testing; hands-on SQL Server query writing.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MCA, or equivalent experience.
Willingness and ability to travel 5-10% to Europe on a project need basis.
Experienced working with global and culturally diverse teams, especially collaborating with European stakeholders.
Comfortable applying Agile-Scrum methodologies, with a focus on test-driven development and strong attention to functional quality.
Background or experience with laboratory-related applications is a plus but not mandatory.
