Perform operational tasks on complex institutional trades including processing, inquiries research, and transaction reconciliation.
Lead or participate in projects focused on process improvements, compliance, and audit support within Institutional Investment Operations.
Manage interactions with internal and external clients, ensuring issues are escalated and resolved timely, and train junior staff members.
Minimum 2+ years experience in Institutional Investment Operations support or equivalent (work experience, training, military, education).
Preferred 3-7 years Securities Operations background with strong knowledge of trade lifecycle, pre-settlements, and settlements.
Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and US holidays as per business demands.
Bachelor's or MBA in Finance preferred but not strictly mandatory.
Experienced in US domestic market processes such as Pre-Matching, Trade Allocations, Affirmations/Confirmations with ability to analyze affirmation rates and conduct client outreach.
Capability to operate under pressure, adhere to strict deadlines, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly in verbal and written form.
Strong relationship management skills with internal teams and external clients including traders and middle office, exercising independent judgment within compliance frameworks.
