Support planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within a program, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Build and maintain program plans, track milestones, risks, and KPIs, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure timely closure of actions.
Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, support change management, and maintain quality management systems including audits and non-conformance processes.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in quality, program, or project management.
Mandatory certifications: PMP and Six Sigma Greenbelt (Six Sigma Black Belt desirable).
Knowledge of lean tools, ISO9000 quality systems, and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Experienced in managing multiple projects/programs with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
