Manage full contract lifecycle for IT service delivery including purchase orders, invoice processing, and contract renewal/termination.
Serve as liaison between internal IT service consumers, procurement, legal teams, and third-party providers to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of IT services.
Oversee request-to-PO process for around 200 projects annually, handle contract-related issue resolution, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of IT-related experience including indirect procurement and vendor management.
Must work onsite 5 days a week at Whitefield PSN Office, Bangalore, India, during EMEA shift (1:00PM - 10:00PM IST).
