Design, deploy, and support enterprise HPE Aruba WLAN solutions including Access Points, Mobility Gateways, Central, Clearpass, and Airwave platforms.
Perform wireless troubleshooting and RF design activities such as site surveys and capacity planning to optimize coverage and performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, participate in escalations, and contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in enterprise networking and/or WLAN environments.
Working knowledge of HPE Aruba WLAN technologies and understanding of IEEE 802.11 fundamentals, RF concepts, and wireless security principles (WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X).
Hybrid work mode with approximately 2 days/week onsite at HPE office; must support Americas business hours and differential work schedules.
Technical expertise in HPE Aruba WLAN products and wireless network troubleshooting including RF analysis and capacity planning.
Experience working within global organizations aligned to Americas timezone, demonstrating ability to handle customer-impacting incidents and escalations.
Familiarity with emerging wireless technologies (Wi-Fi 6/6E/7), security enhancements, AI-driven operations, and relevant certifications (HPE Aruba or equivalent wireless certifications).
