Lead design and evolution of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps standards across data, AI, and product teams.
Own platform reliability, availability, performance, and scalability including defining and monitoring SLOs, SLIs, and leading incident management.
Manage cloud platform operations (pref. AWS), observability frameworks, and provide technical leadership including mentoring and governance processes.

Demonstrated track record in technical leadership, incident management, and improving operational maturity including reducing MTTR and MTTD.
