Manage the full lifecycle of Purchase Orders (POs) for direct materials and subcontract services from requisition to delivery, including approval, acknowledgment, and invoice hold resolution.
Drive purchase transaction automation in the ERP system and resolve MRP exception messages daily to ensure alignment with global contracts and business needs.
Track and manage supplier delivery performance and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize lead times and inventory according to targets.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing department.
Experience with MRP-driven procurement systems, SAP knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Analytical skills including proficiency with Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables) and Power BI for data extraction and analysis.
Process-driven individual with a systems thinking approach and capability to use data-informed decision making and structured problem solving (e.g., A3 methodology).
Experience working collaboratively across suppliers, internal customers, and global teams to manage procurement and supplier performance.
Comfortable acting as a recognized system expert in ERP procurement processes, ideally SAP P2P.
