Design, develop, and maintain modular and reusable test automation frameworks and scripts to validate software quality, particularly for AI/ML/GenAI integrated applications.
Create and execute automated and manual test cases, including functional, regression, and integration testing, with specific focus on AI/ML/GenAI workflows and model output validations (accuracy, bias, toxicity, traceability).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for test requirement gathering, process improvements, and ensure timely delivery adhering to quality standards.
5 – 7 years of experience in developing and executing automated test plans and scripts.
Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium/WebDriver, Playwright, or Postman for API testing.
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#.
Experience with validation of AI/ML/GenAI workflows and model evaluation metrics is required.
Experienced in testing AI-driven products with ability to assess model outputs for accuracy, bias, and other quality metrics.
Skilled in synthetic test data generation, scenario design, and API and functional validation.
