Strong understanding of generative AI and large language models (LLMs), with ability to apply AI tools for analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
Hands-on experience with BI dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and proficiency in SQL; familiarity with Python or R is a strong asset.
Experienced in bridging business strategy, data analytics, and AI with proven ability to translate complex AI and data concepts into actionable business insights.
Comfortable leading and facilitating workshops, UAT testing, and stakeholder communication to ensure AI and data solutions deliver measurable ROI and operational improvements.
Familiar with quality assurance processes and business process optimization integrating AI capabilities, with certifications such as CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or AI/Data Analytics considered advantageous.
