Develop and maintain Pega PRPC applications with versions 7.x, 8.x, and 24.1.x, including integration with SOAP/REST, XML, and Oracle.
Lead design, code reviews, and implement new technical features ensuring code quality and performance optimization.
Drive automation in coding, testing, deployment; mentor junior team members; and support QA and deployments to ensure timely delivery.
Minimum 5 years experience designing and developing Pega PRPC applications, including 1-2 years with Pega CSSA qualification.
Must have experience with Pega PRPC 8.x or higher and Pega upgrade projects.
Mandatory certifications: CSSA or CSA.
Availability for 1-month knowledge transfer (KT) onsite in Trivandrum; remote work thereafter anywhere in India.
Strong expertise in process-based solutions, business rules design, and object-oriented analysis within Pega environment.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborating with onsite teams.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage deliverables in fast-paced, quality-focused projects.
