Own and define the multi-year technical architecture across Identity and Access Management (IAM), Key Management Systems (KMS), Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), and Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM).
Lead cross-domain security platform decisions that integrate identity, key management, and posture systems ensuring a coherent security platform.
Partner with executive leadership and compliance teams to translate security platform architecture into business impact and regulatory compliance while mentoring engineering teams.
10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years focused on security-critical systems across at least two domains: Identity/IAM, cryptographic systems/KMS, cloud security posture, or infrastructure security at cloud or enterprise scale.
Expert-level proficiency in Go and experience operating high-scale distributed security-critical services in production.
Deep knowledge of identity protocols (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, SCIM) and access control models (RBAC, ABAC, PBAC), and sound applied cryptography fundamentals including key derivation and envelope encryption.
Location requirement: Bengaluru, India (onsite/hybrid).
Proven experience driving technical strategy and architecture across multiple interconnected security domains at cloud-scale environments.
Demonstrated ability to influence and align multiple engineering teams and translate complex security architectures into executive-level business and compliance outcomes.
Expertise in distributed systems design with security, auditability, and compliance as first-class constraints, ideally with experience in AI-native or inference-heavy workloads.
