Responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test plans for software, firmware, hardware, and systems applications to ensure product compliance with specifications.
Collaborate with developers, designers, manufacturing test engineers, and global engineering teams using Agile/Scrum to deliver customer-facing solutions for utilities and industrial sectors.
Lead debugging, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions while documenting all test features, issues, and processes in compliance with internal standards.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar.
Minimum 3 years of test automation experience with software, firmware, and hardware.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python.
Experience with test instrumentation (temperature, flow, pressure, analog signals, function generators, oscilloscopes).
Experience in industry protocols like IEC-61850, DNP, Modbus, Ethernet systems, protocol analyzers, and SCADA practices.
Experience in product development for utilities and industrial customers, including hands-on prototype development and testing.
Comfortable working collaboratively in Agile/Scrum environments with global teams on critical customer solutions.
