Education: Post-secondary education or IT-related degree or equivalent relevant proven experience.
Experienced in payment transaction platforms with hands-on Postilion and ATM/POS switch support background.
Capable of managing complex troubleshooting in a 24x7 support environment, including disaster recovery and compliance adherence.
Strong planning, analytical, documentation, and communication skills suited for maintaining operational payment systems and coaching junior team members.
