Tier-1 gaming brand, metro location, common backend title, mid-level experience, and broad backend skillset increase competition.
Core backend, microservices, and cloud skills are highly transferable across industries despite gaming domain preference.
Explicit 3–8 years plus mandatory Go/Java, cloud, Kubernetes, databases, CI/CD, and security/compliance requirements raise strictness.
