Owns and drives Physical Security Management System (PSMS) implementation and monitoring across 130+ sites in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal to ensure security of premises and personnel.
Acts as regional point of contact for all security issues and coordinates with sites and local management for risk assessment, mitigation, investigations, and compliance support.
Leads security investigations locally and supports corporate compliance investigations; manages security governance, risk monitoring, and stakeholder communication including with law enforcement and facility management.
Minimum 20-25 years of practical experience in security management from corporate, armed forces, paramilitary, or police background.
Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in any discipline; internationally recognized security certifications (CPP, PCI, CFE or equivalent) preferred.
