Own and govern the global end-to-end accounting process, including standards, policies, procedures, and controls.
Drive global process harmonization, standardization, and optimization initiatives across regions, business units, and shared service centres, including automation and ERP enhancements.
Define, monitor, and report on process KPIs and lead change management activities for continuous improvement and compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience at Senior Manager level or above, preferably with Big 4 background.
Proven experience delivering multi-country projects or finance transformation programs.
Fluency in English and experience working with ERP systems; familiarity with process automation tools is a plus.
Experienced leader in finance transformation or global business services with ability to manage complex global accounting processes.
Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate across SSC, IT, country/regional teams, product owners, and external providers.
Comfortable working in agile environments with product and engineering teams to optimize finance technology and processes.
