Develop, maintain, and enhance BI products (dashboards, datasets, standardized reports) for the Home & Auto (H&A) platform focusing on accurate, usable, and governed BI solutions.
Work closely with platform analytics, data engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into performant BI applications and drive adoption with consulting and training support.
Optimize BI solution performance and execute projects advancing team/business priorities including partner onboarding and cloud/AI initiatives.
Minimum 4+ years hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and SAS programming alongside relational databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
Strong knowledge of data modeling (schemas, dimensional modeling) and data warehousing fundamentals (Data Lakes, Snowflake, AWS Redshift).
Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or another quantitative field; or 6+ years relevant analytics/business intelligence experience without degree.
Must be based in Hyderabad or other specified anchor cities; able to work US Eastern Time 6:00 AM to 11:30 AM for collaboration.
Experienced in end-to-end BI product lifecycle including requirement gathering, technical design, development, automation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Able to function as an SME and consultant by translating complex business needs into actionable BI insights with clear communication to diverse audiences.
Comfortable working in matrixed, cross-time-zone teams with exposure to cloud platforms and emerging BI technologies (AI, GenAI) as applicable.
