Experienced backend lead engineer comfortable leading high-performance agile teams in enterprise environments.
Strong technical foundation in Java-based microservices, event-driven and data-driven design, enterprise integration patterns, and cloud-native technologies.
Able to work cross-functionally with architects, business owners, security, and production support to deliver cohesive customer-centric products.
