Own the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and GenAI solutions supporting specialty pharmacy operations.
Build and operationalize LLM-based applications and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines including multi-step reasoning workflows and tool integrations.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, measurable AI/ML systems involving data exploration, feature engineering, and production APIs.
5 - 8 years of experience in data science, AI/ML, or advanced analytics roles with proven end-to-end solution delivery ownership.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; hands-on with LLMs, RAG systems, LangChain or similar frameworks, and deployment patterns including APIs and containerization.
Location: Primarily based in Hyderabad, India with flexibility for remote work; ability to work 45 hours/week overlapping US hours.
Experienced in building and deploying complex AI/ML applications, especially involving LLMs and hybrid data inputs (structured and unstructured).
Comfortable working in a healthcare or pharmacy operational analytics context, preferably with cloud platform exposure (AWS preferred).
Capable of leading technical teams and projects, mentoring junior members, and delivering robust, explainable AI solutions aligned to business outcomes.
