Own and drive Physical Security Management System (PSMS) implementation and monitoring across 130+ sites in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal to ensure effective security governance and risk mitigation.

Experienced leader capable of managing multi-location security teams and advising C-level executives on security strategies aligned with business objectives.
Strong knowledge of security governance, compliance, risk management, and regional regulatory requirements within India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex security operations, investigations, and stakeholder communications including liaising with law enforcement and external agencies.
