Own and drive the AI-Forecasting product strategy end-to-end, from discovery through delivery, targeting business value, key performance indicators, and financial ROI.
Manage product backlog prioritization and refinement, collaborating with agile teams to define requirements and roadmaps aligned with team capacity.
Analyze market and competitive conditions to guide product vision and mitigate critical product risks including value, usability, feasibility, and viability.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MBA in Business Analytics, Math related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong experience in Supply Chain Planning with forecasting models, regression analysis, time series, probabilistic models, supervised classification, and unsupervised learning.
Minimum of four years of related work experience.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, break down business requirements, and manage stakeholder communication.
Expertise in quantitative and qualitative data analysis for forecasting model identification and product optimization decisions.
