Lead and manage end-to-end functional activities for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Configure and support core D365 Finance modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Tax, Financial Dimensions, and Period/Year-End Closing.
Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations, lead workshops and knowledge transfer sessions, and provide functional guidance to junior consultants.
7-10 years of overall experience with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations functional consulting.
Experience in at least 2-3 full-cycle D365 F&O implementations and/or significant managed services/support projects.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT, Computer Science or related discipline.
Work Experience Required: 7-10 years; Work Mode: Remote / Work from Home - India.
Experienced in handling complex global D365 F&O Finance implementations and managed services engagements.
Strong functional knowledge of finance and accounting processes, with hands-on expertise in configuring multiple D365 Finance modules and preparing functional specifications for technical teams.
Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders in onshore/offshore environments, and capable of leading workshops and mentoring junior consultants while managing production support activities.
