Support day-to-day shipment processing operations including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading and unloading across Service Centres, Hubs, Warehouses, and Processing Units.
Ensure operational productivity and accuracy by assisting shipment reconciliation, manifest verification, and maintaining operational records using approved systems.
Adhere to safety, security, and SOP compliance while maintaining workplace discipline and representing the Blue Dart brand professionally.
Minimum education: 10th Standard Pass.
Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years in logistics, warehousing, courier, manufacturing, retail operations or similar environments.
Must be physically fit for operational activities involving standing, walking, lifting and movement of shipments.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays; basic English reading and basic computer and handheld scanner/mobile application usage.
Operationally disciplined individual familiar with shipment handling and scanning processes in logistics or similar operations.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, shift-based operational environments with adherence to safety and quality standards.
Able to maintain operational productivity, accuracy and compliance while supporting team goals and peak volume requirements.
