Manage client inquiries and data verification issues related to Addepar’s portfolio data feeds within established SLAs.
Investigate and triage client-reported bugs and data processing issues with Engineering and Product teams.
Collaborate with Account Managers, Solutions Architects, and internal teams to resolve data escalations and contribute to multi-organizational projects improving processes and new product implementations.
2+ years of experience in financial investment/advisory industry with understanding of capital markets, portfolio accounting, and customer relationship management.
Must be authorized to work in India with no visa sponsorship available.
Willingness to work flexible hours and be physically present 3 days per week in Pune office.
Familiarity with MS Suite, Salesforce, Atlassian, SQL, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters or similar financial services tools is preferable but not mandatory.
Experienced in client-facing roles within capital markets or portfolio accounting environments.
Comfortable working cross-functionally across multiple teams including Engineering, Product, and Sales to resolve client issues.
Able to manage and optimize workflows with attention to detail and documentation to improve team efficiency.
