Recognized degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology with at least 2 years supervisory experience in a factory, OR recognized diploma in Engineering or degree in Physics/Chemistry with at least 3 years supervisory factory experience as per Factories Act, 1948.
Experience implementing occupational health, safety, and environmental policies and conducting safety audits and training.
Knowledge of emergency action plans, accident investigation, and food safety management systems.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 years supervisory factory experience as specified above.
Experienced in implementing and managing integrated SHE and food safety management systems at manufacturing plants.
Comfortable handling cross-functional responsibilities including safety, hygiene, environmental compliance, and plant security operations.
Capable of conducting systematic safety audits, training sessions, and coordinating corrective actions with multiple stakeholders.
