Design, develop, and deploy scalable interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and advanced data modeling techniques.
Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics solutions that improve decision-making and reporting performance.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance by implementing validation, cleansing, and monitoring processes across multiple data sources including SAP.
5–8 years of experience in Data Analytics or BI development.
Strong expertise with Power BI Desktop & Service, DAX, Power Query (M language), and SQL with relational databases.
Experience with data modeling techniques such as Kimball or Star Schema and hands-on experience working with SAP data (e.g., SAP ECC, BW extracts).
Ability to handle ETL processes and data pipelines; proficiency in advanced Excel including Power Query and complex formulas.
Experienced in working with large-scale enterprise data environments and knowledgeable about data governance and metadata management.
Capable of optimizing report performance including query tuning and dataset management, with exposure to version control and deployment pipelines.
Preferably has domain experience in Energy, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain and an understanding of SAP functional areas like Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
