Own the design and implementation of data integration solutions connecting shop floor automation systems to enterprise applications supporting operational excellence and Industry 4.0.
Configure and maintain OPC-UA servers/clients, data historians, and secure data flows ensuring high performance, reliability, and cybersecurity compliance.
Collaborate with plant teams and IT/security to enable real-time dashboards, support MES implementations, and drive digital manufacturing initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing Systems, or related field.
6–10 years of experience in manufacturing IT, OT systems, or shopfloor application development/integration.
Hands-on experience with Rockwell and/or Siemens automation platforms and OPC-UA configuration.
Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the country of the role; visa sponsorship not provided for this role.
Experienced in multi-protocol integration including OPC-UA, MQTT, SOAP, REST, AMQP with ability to debug industrial data payloads.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (traceability, OEE, quality checks) and plant-floor networking with IT/OT cybersecurity knowledge.
Able to work effectively engaging resistant or under-resourced plants, coordinating cross-functional teams, and mentoring plant engineers on shopfloor data extraction and historian tools.
