Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the HCP engagement function including onboarding, contracting, invoicing, payments, and transparency reporting.
Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory standards such as FMV governance and Sunshine Act.
Drive operational efficiency through process optimization, automation implementation, team coaching, and fostering adoption of technology and operational excellence frameworks.
Bachelor's degree required.
9-12 years of experience in HCP operations, compliance, or pharmaceutical industry support required.
Strong understanding of HCP compliance requirements (FMV, Sunshine Act, EFPIA) mandatory.
Oral and written proficiency in English mandatory; proficiency in relevant local language desirable.
Demonstrated success in operational analysis, process optimization, and automation within HCP engagement or compliance functions.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with Business Owners, Legal/Compliance, Finance/AP, and Transparency Reporting stakeholders.
Skilled in using HCP engagement systems such as onboarding/CRM platforms (Reltio, iHub), CLM, ERP/procurement, and AP tools; familiar with Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
