6 to 13 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Electrical or similar).
Experience with manufacturing processes like injection molding, stamping, casting, and machining is mandatory.
Proficiency using Teamcenter Product Cost Management (TcPCM) or similar tools preferred; SAP familiarity is a plus.
Strong domain knowledge of MAHLE thermal & fluid system products and manufacturing toolings.
Analytical mindset with experience in detailed cost modelling, benchmarking, and optimization within automotive product development.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams; comfortable working independently and managing multiple stakeholders.
