Contribute to Deliverables: Participate in project lifecycle tasks for Workday integrations, supporting HCM, Financials, and Academic areas, accountable for specific project deliverables.
Integration Development & Support: Design, build, test, and support Workday integrations using technologies like Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services (REST/SOAP), XML, and XSLT.
Risk Management & Mentorship: Identify and escalate risks timely, develop alternative technical/functional solutions, and mentor junior staff on project management and technical tasks.
Experience: Substantial delivery experience in technical workstreams across at least two phases of 2+ HCM or Financials Workday implementations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, financial discipline or relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
Technical Skills: Minimum 2 years hands-on Workday integration development using at least two technologies from Web Services (REST/SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Cloud Connect.
Other: Willingness and ability to travel as needed; willingness to work extended hours when required.
Certified & Experienced Developer: Holders of current Workday Integration and Studio certification with strong hands-on integration development experience.
Analytical & Communication Skills: Able to translate complex requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
Proactive in Risk & Team Development: Demonstrates timely risk identification and escalation; capable of mentoring junior staff and training on project and technical topics.
