Own end-to-end fulfillment of customer orders from order release through shipment and delivery, ensuring on-time commitments.

Identify fulfillment risks (production, material, capacity, logistics) and drive mitigation plans with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
7-9 years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, production planning, manufacturing, or operations.
Experience working with Contract Manufacturers preferred.
Experience with SAP/ERP systems and advanced Excel required.
Experienced in coordinating across Contract Manufacturers, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and Project Management to meet customer delivery targets.
Capable of managing production scheduling, material readiness, and shipment logistics in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
