Lead hands-on development of AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI proof-of-concepts (POCs) using Microsoft AI stack and Anthropic Claude ecosystem.

Minimum 2 years of experience building AI/ML or Generative AI solutions with hands-on expertise in Microsoft AI stack and/or Anthropic Claude ecosystem.
Strong Python programming skills; familiarity with Microsoft Azure and integration technologies like Entra ID.
Demonstrated ability to convert ambiguous AI concepts into working prototypes rapidly for both technical and business audiences.
Experienced with Microsoft AI stack extensibility (Copilot Studio, Copilot Cowork) and Anthropic Claude API tooling for agentic AI solutions.
Comfortable with cloud AI services (Azure preferred) and evaluating multiple AI platforms including OpenAI, Google, AWS, and open-source models.
