Oversee and maintain electromechanical and utility services during assigned shift at property site, managing the engineering and technician teams.
Implement and monitor maintenance schedules including planned preventive maintenance (PPM), risk inspections, and documentation for assets under AMC and defect liability periods.
Manage vendor relations, budgeting controls, service level agreements (SLAs), and reporting to Property Manager/Technical Manager including coordination on safety and emergency response plans.
Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent.
Minimum 5-6 years work experience in Real Estate, Hotel, or Construction Industry.
Location: On-site at Hyderabad, Telangana State.
Scheduled weekly working hours: 48 hours.
Experienced in managing electromechanical maintenance and technical teams within property or facility management environments.
Able to handle vendor management including quotations, invoices, SLAs, and budget monitoring effectively.
Capable of coordinating safety procedures, risk assessments, emergency response plans, and working with multi-disciplinary teams including regional operations and training functions.
