Develop and implement EDI integrations and mappings across platforms such as IBM Sterling Integrator and Axway B2Bi, handling formats like X12, EDIFACT, XML, and IDOCs.
Manage trading partner profile configurations and process flow integrations while ensuring effective data communication via protocols like AS2, SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTP/S.
Provide support in development, managed services, or support environments including customer handling and working across global shifts with on-call responsibilities.
2-4 years of experience in EDI integration platforms and related technologies.
Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree required; Cloud knowledge is a plus.
Experience with EDI transactions (Purchase Order, Invoice, ASN, Warehouse Order, Claims) and supply chain domain knowledge (Automotive, Retail).
Willingness to work 24x5 shifts covering EMEA/APAC/US hours including weekends and on-call duties.
Experienced in EDI platforms such as Axway B2Bi or IBM Sterling with strong mapping and integration configuration skills.
Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced, global support and development environments with customer interaction.
Familiar with Unix scripting, SQL, and able to work flexibly across UK/US/APAC time zones in shifts.
