Develop and maintain Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards specifically for production, supply chain, quality, and finance teams within a manufacturing environment.
Design and optimize data models and DAX measures related to manufacturing metrics such as throughput, yield, scrap, downtime, inventory turns, and cost variances.
Collaborate onsite with operations, quality, and finance leads to define metrics, validate data against source systems, and manage Power BI service administration and security.
Minimum 5 years of BI or analytics experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on Power BI development.
Must have manufacturing industry experience with a solid understanding of production orders, BOMs, routings, work centers, inventory transactions, and cost accounting basics.
Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder due to ITAR requirements and able to work 100% onsite in Burbank, CA.
Strong skills in DAX, SQL, dimensional modeling, Power Query, and Power BI Service administration.
Experience working within a discrete or regulated manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace or defense manufacturing.
Proven ability to convert manufacturing and ERP source data into actionable insights, demonstrating fluency in manufacturing domain concepts.
Comfortable working onsite closely with production floor and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, validated BI reporting solutions.
