Experienced in large-scale SAFe Agile transformations and managing delivery programs across multiple geographies and time zones.
Familiar with Agile delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Microsoft Teams, and Google Chat with expertise in Agile metrics and reporting.
Comfortable operating as a servant leader who drives continuous process improvement, conflict resolution, and high team engagement.
