Own the preparation and accuracy of financial statements in compliance with US and India GAAP, including global consolidated reports.
Lead and manage the Finance department team, establishing roles, internal controls, and policies to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with global finance leadership and other departments, supporting audits, budgeting, cost control, and technical accounting matters including mergers and acquisitions.
Master’s degree in Commerce or MBA Finance/CPA/CA or equivalent required.
At least 15 years of accounting and management experience.
Active Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant license required.
Strong knowledge of US and India GAAP, multi-currency accounting, and experience with global consolidated financial statements.
Experienced in managing and developing finance teams within a multinational or public company environment under Sarbanes-Oxley/IFC compliance.
Demonstrated capability in technical accounting areas including mergers and acquisitions and regulatory audits across multiple jurisdictions.
Proficient in finance ERP systems (preferably Workday), reporting tools, and advanced Microsoft Office skills to drive process improvements and accurate reporting.
