Own day-to-day activities of client setup and fee schedule onboarding on global billing platforms, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Serve as subject matter expert and first point of escalation for client billing and invoice creation issues within assigned business units.
Lead team collaboration and coordination with onshore teams to manage deliverables, analytical reporting, and ad-hoc projects supporting Global Billing Operations controller group.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.
2 to 4 years of experience working with fee invoices in a global billing function at a large financial services institution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, workbook maintenance).
Knowledge of billing systems and conceptual understanding of financial architecture (GL, sub-GL technology).
Experience improving fee schedule functions across multiple geographies and business areas.
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and ownership mentality in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Comfortable coordinating with onshore teams and managing multi-task workloads with adherence to deadlines.
